Ever been to mind bootcamp?

Most people know the value of exercise to ensure they feel healthy, strong and build muscle. We see the physical effects pretty quickly when we diligently exercise every week. We feel our pulses race, hearts beat and the endorphins race through our bodies. Immediately there are results - whether that’s muscle ache the next day or slightly better abs over time.

What I want to talk about today is doing the same for our minds. There are so many exercises and techniques to fine tune our brains and flex those important ‘mind muscles’.

During my upcoming ‘Finding Your Voice’ workshop series in Altrincham, my aim is to get you learning how to use your minds, moving out of your stale comfort zones and achieving want you truly desire from your life.

Practices such as meditation, journaling, gratitude and mindfulness are like the dumb bells and resistance bands for our minds. With these exercises we gain muscle mass in self-awareness, emotional Intelligence and reflection which allow us to release resistance, self doubts and old stories that no longer serve us. In essence we’re looking for alignment to live our most authentic lives.

Like with all work out sessions, results aren’t immediate and consistency is key. To gain those results, ongoing effort is required. Through my 6 week course, I’ll be challenging and pushing you to stay on track and really tap in to your inner self. Your emotional sat nav will be supercharged and ready to send you to where you should be in life. And I can’t wait to share the journey with you. I have a few spaces left on the Altrincham workshop series so give me a shout if this is calling your name 🙏🙌🙏
